I thought the new patient paperwork was a bit over the top LOL... However, well worth the effort. I went to a different podiatrist about a year ago (not local) who brushed my concerns aside and told me that my pain was because I'm old (75). He told me "buy some Sketchers...you'll be fine." I was in tears and pain, and yes I bought the Sketchers and no, I was not fine. The pain had impacted my lifestyle and activities, so in desperation I made the appointment to see Dr Lenertz. Oh. Hallelujah...I can walk again! The foot pain was causing pain in my hip and back...both gone! I'd give Dr Lenertz 10 stars if I could!!

To date the staff has been awesome and nothing but professional. Dr Lenertz I have to say is nothing short of fantastic. He'll talk with you, explain problems, details in procedures should you need a procedure. Answer any questions you may have prior to surgery even up to a few minutes prior to surgery. He's very thorough. Can't say enough about him and his staff, and no I'm not getting paid, they're just awesome!

I was referred to PF&AC by my PCP regarding increasing pain in my right foot. I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff, and especially impressed with Dr. Lenertz's professionalism. His examination was thorough and he quickly diagnosed my problem. Dr. Lenertz's communication skills were appropriate for my knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology, and he spent as much time as I needed in order to understand my symptoms, the underlying causes, and his recommendation for a treatment plan. This made my decision easy and comfortable. I feel confident that my health will be restored soon. The staff was very efficient and accommodating regarding documentation and my need for followup scheduling.
